Facility
Our facility has the equipment to handle all
aspects of tool making consisting of CNC
milling including full 4 axis machining wire
cutting Renishaw scanner cnc Lathe,
cylindrical grinding and standard
conventional equipment.
Jannock’s production facility has 13 injection
moulding machines from 30 ton to 350 ton
all are less than 5 years old, we have
experience in a wide variety of engineering
plastics, From PBT. Polysulphones, Nylons,
polycarbonate. Elastomers and all polymers
are dried by dehumidifying dryers.
About Us
Jannock Tool and Die was established in
1986 as a general tool making facility to
industry.
Later Jannock Tool and Die expanded into
the manufacturing sector resulting in
Jannock plastics being formed.
Jannock Plastics was established in 1999
manufacturing plastic injection moulds as
well as press tooling and tooling for the
rubber industry,
